Group Accommodation

Group accommodation is available in the 68 bed Bunkhouse, and there are up to 60 additional beds in the lodge for use by large groups, taking the total number of available beds to 128, plus camping sites. Rates for the lodge rooms are negotiable with management depending on group size. See Farmstay for details on the lodge rooms.

Bunkhouse Accommodation Rates:

  • Minimum of 2 nights - $1250 (e.g. $1250 = $50 per person with 25 people)
    • Standard weekend - 2 nights
    • Long Weekends - 3 nights
    • Easter Weekend (P.O.A.) - 4 nights
    • Christmas and New Year - 3 nights
  • $50.00 per person additional charge, if more than 25 people.
  • Group Organiser free of charge (subject to minimum of 25 paying guests)
  • Deposit of $500.00 required

A special venue located on a 400 acre farm, nestled in a lush sub tropical valley between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast.

The land is a mix of large grassed areas and bushwalks through rainforest to hill tops with 40km views.

Excellent facilities for self catering with a full commercial kitchen and walk in coolroom. The dining room seats 120 and we are also most happy to cater for you.

The bunkhouse sleeps 68 in 8 bedrooms, all with separate ensuite bathrooms and opening onto a peaceful long shady verandah where you can sit and listen to the abundant birdlife.

To keep tariffs to a minimum, guests are to provide their own pillows, linen, blankets, towels, cutlery and crockery.

Guest have full use of the saltwater swimming pool, tennis court and can also book for all Farm Activities including horseriding, canoeing and archery.
