WEST
FROM TABLELANDS
- From the New England Highway, Tenterfield and Stanthorpe, travel
to Casino and head north along the Summerland Way toward Kyogle.
- From Kyogle take the Murwillumbah-Kyogle Road, travelling through
Cawongla and Kunghur.
- Continue from Kunghur for approximately 3 km towards Uki. There
is a MIDGINBIL HILL COUNTRY RESORT sign at the corner of Kyogle Road
and
Doon Doon
Road. Turn right into Doon Doon Road.
- Follow this road for 2.5 kilometres and turn right at the bus stop
into Midginbil Road. MIDGINBIL HILL COUNTRY RESORT sign is on the left
- After 1.4 km the bitumen ends. Continue past "The Bushranger" establishment
on the left, follow the road around the corner and over the rise and
Midginbil Hill is on the right.
- We are 2.5 kilometres from the turnoff into Midginbil Road. Drive
up to the Carpark and check in to Reception at the Homestead to the
right of the Lodge Accommodation.
- Please note. Mobile phones do not work out here. Looking forward
to seeing you here.
- If coming from the west, there are several
options available, however you need a good map of N.E. NSW and a good
navigator. The road from Lismore and Nimbin is is very scenic.
