Set in a beautiful subtropical mountain environment with different levels of affordable accommodation for all your guests, Midginbil Hill provides a relaxed, live-in weekend away for both the Bride and Groom, together with family and friends.

Depending on your expected number of guests, your budget and wedding style, we can offer you two venues; the Bunkhouse/Barn or our historic 1906 Homestead.

A Rustic Barn Wedding

For 25 to 120 guests.  Available from 4.00pm Friday to 8.00am Monday.

Book the Bunkhouse accommodation and Barn complex for your wedding and reception, for the whole weekend from $1850 minimum cost (i.e. 25 people @ $50.00, plus $600 facility line for the entire resort).

For a true country wedding the hay bales, perhaps a Bush Dance, some leafy green boughs, the big timbers, shutters and the potbelly stove of the Barn create a great atmosphere.

And for those on a tight budget, you can organise your own catering, bring your own alcohol and decorate the barn to your own taste.

Homestead Wedding

For a smaller, intimate reception the Homestead Wedding option is available from $55.00 p.p.

In the 1906 historic homestead, the atmosphere is peaceful, with the tropical gardens and swimming pool providing many settings for the ceremony and scenic photographs.

The dance floor in the dining room is just waiting for the Bridal Waltz and could tell many tales of happy celebrations in its 100 year history.

Enjoy a quiet drink in our beautiful gardens before moving to the decks for cocktails and canapes.

* If you supply decorations including tablecloths and napkins of your choice, we will arrange to have the Homestead Dining Room decorated for you. (Homestead weddings only)
